The Vaisala Polaris PR53AP sanitary probe process refractometer is a reliable, state-of-the-art sensor that is safe to use in food and beverage manufacturing, has 3-A and EHEDEG certifications and meets all hygienic demands.

The PR53AP refractometer is suitable to use in high heat, with scrapers and mixers and in sticky process conditions. It is also compatible with clean-in-place (CIP) and sanitation-in-place (SIP) systems.

Connectivity options include mA, HART, and Modbus RTU as a standard.
