ESI HP1000H Series

The ESI HP1000H is a high-performance pressure transducer that’s perfectly suited for measuring pressures up to 5000bar in environments where hydrogen is present. It has been rigorously tested and meets the standards set by ISO 11114-2:2017, EC79/2009, and EU406/2010. ESI’s Silicon-on-Sapphire sensor technology ensures stability even when the temperature changes. One of the standout features of the ESI HP1000H is its pressure diaphragm and process connection. These components are machined from a single piece of a special high-strength titanium alloy. This eliminates the need for seals or welds, enhancing the device’s durability and reliability. The ESI HP1000H is highly resistant to overpressure and pressure transients, making it a robust choice for demanding applications. It has an industry standard 4-20 mA output, and an IECEx option is available, which also includes an M1 rating for mining applications. Finally, the ESI HP1000H comes with the option of DNV-GL Marine certification.
