The Lutron FR-5105 fruit hardness tester can measure the hardness of most kind fruits such as apple, pear, strawberry, grape, large/hard fruits, small/soft fruits. It is suitable for research and quality control applications and can be used by laboratries and producers alike. This fruit hardness tester will allow you improve the quality of fruit produced, monitor product in storage, and maintai product quality during transportation. There are two measurement range options: 0 to 1 Kg for fruits such as grapes or cherries, and 0 to 5 Kg for fruits such as plums, lemons, and other medium hard fruits.
