The Invertek Optidrive Compact 2 Series of variable speed drives from Sumitomo are ideal for repeat high volume users in applications such as refrigeration, compressors, conveyors  and fans and pumps.  They have the ability to control the speed of any AC motor. Built in PLC functionality allows for even more application flexibility beyond just motor control.

The cold plate mounting allows you to mount the drive on to your own heat sinking surface, saving space. This of course has an effect on the maximum power rating of the system.

System power rating ranges from 0.37kW up to 4kW.
