The New Vaisala Indigo80 Handheld Indicator

The Vaisala Indigo80 Handheld Indicator is new to ADM System, enabling onsite engineers and technicians to plug & play accessibility.

 The Indigo80 is designed for portable onsite monitoring, sampling & calibration, data logging & analysis and diagnostic troubleshooting across the Vaisala sensor range.

The Indigo80 replaces the FC-11 Field Communicator (formerly of K-Patents) for the Polaris Process Refractometer range. It enables technicians to quickly monitor, calibrate, configure, and data log blind Polaris Process Refractometers.

However, the Indigo80 builds upon the Indigo500 series monitoring capabilities; it is greatly downsized to a portable handheld battery-powered device. The Indigo80 can be used to monitor and log data from a variety of Vaisala sensors, including: 

• Humidity & Temperature HMP range
• Dew Point DMP range
• Carbon Dioxide GMP range
• Vaporised Hydrogen Peroxide HPP probes and,
• Moisture in Oil MMP8 Probe.

The Indigo80 enables faster deliveries for calibrating process refractometers, allowing users to modify configuration settings without removing the probe sensor from production. Being a battery-powered device, the Indigo80 enables on-site technicians and engineers to data log probes overnight or for extended periods to build production snapshot readings.
