Download Specifications (1.28 MB) Download Instruction Manual (1.94 MB)The Sludge Finder controller provides continuous and reliable measurement of the sludge blanket level beneath the surface in wastewater treatment plants, settlement tanks, ponds, clarifiers, gravity thickeners, and batch reactor systems.
With continuous measurement, the overall efficiency of the process improves significantly compared to manual sample tube measurements. The controller supports up to two sensors, which can be submerged to detect sludge density levels or an external ultrasonic sensor to measure liquid surface level. It has a measurement range of 10 meters, with accuracy of less than 10mm.
The output is 2 x 4-20mA and is IP68 protected with a wiper. The controller can be powered by 100-240 V AC 50/60 Hz or 22-28 V DC, with a standard 10m cable. Hazardous area approval IECEx sensor and various cable lengths are available as options.
