The Lutron TM-939 Infrared Thermometer! It's really handy for measuring temperatures between -20 and 650 degrees Celsius. The built-in laser guide makes sure you get spot-on readings every time. Plus, there's an RS-232 port for sending data out. Optional software is available to assist with your data collection.
