Lutron PMS-713 Moisture Meter

The PMS-713 LUTRON Moisture Meter is a versatile tool designed to accurately measure the moisture level in various materials, including wood, concrete, and other non-wood substances. It offers a moisture range detection of 6% to 40% for wood, and a 0 to 100% relative moisture value for concrete and non-wood materials. This all-in-one moisture meter comes equipped with built-in test pins for convenience.

This moisture meter features a data hold function that allows users to freeze a desired value on the display, ensuring you can note the measurement without rushing. Its microprocessor circuitry ensures high accuracy and equips the meter with special functions and features for enhanced performance.

It operates using four DC 1.5V (UM4/AAA) batteries (not supplied) and includes a built-in low battery indicator to alert users when power is running low. Additionally, the meter comes with a protective cover for the pins, extending their lifespan and ensuring safe storage.

Designed with durability and longevity in mind, the moisture meter's components are housed within a strong, compact ABS-plastic casing. The LCD measures 28 mm x 19 mm, offering clear readouts with a resolution of 0.1%. Measurements can be taken quickly, with a sampling time of approximately 0.8 seconds.

The moisture meter can be operated in temperatures ranging from 0 to 50℃ and under humidity levels of less than 80% R.H., making it a reliable tool for various environments. Its power consumption is approximately DC 12 mA, ensuring efficient use of battery life.
