The Lutron CD-4317SD is a versatile meter designed for various measurements including conductivity, total dissolved solids (TDS), and salt content. It features a high-performance probe that is particularly effective for low conductivity measurements. The device offers a range of conductivity measurements from 200 µS up to 200 mS and can measure salt content from 0 to 12% by weight.

One of its key features is Automatic Temperature Compensation, ensuring accurate readings across different temperatures. For data management, it includes a built-in SD card reader and supports real-time data logging. The device also comes with a built-in clock and calendar for timestamping data.

It is compatible with SD cards ranging from 1 GB to 16 GB, allowing for extensive data storage. The meter also has a data hold function and can record maximum and minimum readings.
