The Sensoteq Kappa X sensor range is a wireless triaxial vibration sensor designed to continuously monitor any rotating industrial equipment. This sensor is designed to detect faults and inefficiencies, which it reports back for evaluation and monitoring purposes.
Kappa X is a battery-operated vibration device that uses 1Ghz frequency suitable for use in harsh industrial environments, albeit with shorter range, its higher penetrability makes up for it, so signals are more reliable across walls, etc. This sensor is also less affected by interference.
