ESI's pressure sensors utilise innovative Silicon-on-Sapphire (SOS) technology, which provides outstanding performance and excellent stability across a wide temperature range.
The SOS design in the ESI HP1000 series allows these sensors to endure high overpressures while providing superior corrosion resistance. The elasticity of the sapphire ensures high repeatability, a desirable characteristic for sensors in critical systems.

Durability and Corrosion Resistance
The unique design of ESI pressure sensors incorporates a pressure diaphragm and process connection machined from a single piece of titanium, eliminating the need for seals or welds. High-Pressure Integrity
ESI's pressure sensors are designed to withstand extreme conditions, with some high-pressure models capable of measuring pressures up to 5,000 bar (72,500 psi). Available in standard, digital and hydrogen-compatible versions, these transmitters meet diverse application needs.
Calibration and Maintenance
ESI pressure sensors offer flexible calibration options, allowing any accredited calibration house in Australia to perform the service. Unlike some 'barrel' type pressure transducers that require return to the manufacturer, ESI sensors can be calibrated locally. This feature makes ESI pressure transducers a more cost-effective choice compared to head mount pressure sensors.
